2.4 Container temperature control scheme The container is sealed with thermal insulation materials, and together with the air-conditioning equipment refrigeration equipment and the dynamic environment monitoring module, it forms a complete temperature control system. When the air temperature inside the container exceeds the set value of the first level (the factory default setting is 35°C), an over-temperature warning will be given, and the warning signal will be transmitted in the form of sound and light alarm and remote alarm; when the air temperature inside the container exceeds the second level When the set value (factory default setting is 45°C), the entire container will be cut off from the electrical and sound and light alarm and remote alarm will be performed; the temperature alarm and protection threshold can be set by the user, and the initial setting value of all devices is exactly the same when leaving the factory. 336 battery temperature sensors, 2 container temperature sensors, 1 external temperature sensor, 15kw air conditioner main unit (using semiconductor refrigeration elements, ceramic heating elements, total heating power 15kw, cooling 5kw) are arranged in the container. By synthesizing the temperature collected by internal and external temperature sensors, intelligent judgment is made to provide the best energy-saving solution. The container has 339 temperature sampling points; the temperature control equipment implements temperature control. In this temperature control scheme, the temperature control equipment adopts an air conditioner for cooling and heating film for heating. The specific temperature control strategy is as follows: 1. Start-up mode from standby state: When the temperature in the container is lower than 0°C, the air conditioner will start heating, continue to heat up to 10°C, and then allow the battery to enter the normal working state, that is, the charging and discharging state. 2. Normal operating mode: when the temperature inside the container is lower than 5°C, start heating; when the temperature inside the container is higher than 30°C, start cooling. The temperature control system keeps the temperature inside the container at 5~30°C. The SC series air conditioner integrated machine selected by this system is an energy-saving air conditioner. In addition to the high energy efficiency ratio and high sensible heat ratio of the special air conditioner for the computer room, it also integrates natural cold source refrigeration (heat pipe system) into mechanical refrigeration (compression Machine system) in one, to achieve dual-cycle refrigeration mode, intelligently select the working mode according to the heat load inside the base station and the external ambient temperature, to achieve the best energy-saving effect, and ensure that the space of a 40-foot standard container rises from minus 30 degrees within minutes to above 0 degrees. Paste 15mm thick thermal insulation cotton around the air inlet and outlet of the condenser of the air conditioning unit. The thermal insulation cotton should be pasted flat and firm. seal. Users can choose installation accessories according to the site conditions, and the accessories include outdoor air inlet and outlet rain shields (optional accessories). The protective net is installed at the entrance of the rain cover, which can prevent possible large foreign objects from entering the air conditioning unit. The degree of dust can be detected at the air inlet and outlet, and the amount of dust can be used to determine whether to clean the dust-proof sand net. The filter screen is a vulnerable part for daily maintenance, and its replacement cycle is directly related to the sealing and cleaning conditions of the machine room. Normally, in order to ensure the normal and effective operation of the air conditioner, the filter screen is checked once a month and cleaned when the cleaning condition is poor.
