2.3.15 Hydrogen exhaust system The lead-acid battery in the container will leak a small amount of hydrogen, so it is necessary to discharge hydrogen in time. The hydrogen exhaust fan, hydrogen sensor and dynamic environment monitoring module together form the hydrogen exhaust system. The hydrogen sensor dynamically detects the hydrogen concentration, and transmits the hydrogen concentration signal to the dynamic environment monitoring module. If the hydrogen concentration exceeds the standard, the dynamic environment monitoring module sends a control signal to start the hydrogen exhaust fan for hydrogen exhaust. The hydrogen exhaust doors and windows are automatically controlled, and the hydrogen exhaust route is shown as the green line in the figure below.

2.3.16 The overall scheme of dynamic environment monitoring system design The container monitoring system adopts an integrated monitoring module to monitor environmental factors and safety conditions, including temperature, humidity, fire protection, anti-theft, etc. When it is detected that the state quantity exceeds the set safety threshold, the system will report to BMS through RS485, and then BMS will report to SCADA. The overall program block diagram of the monitoring system is as follows.

Function description 1) The integrated monitoring module collects temperature, humidity, and smoke sensors in real time. When the predetermined threshold is reached, an acousto-optic alarm will be generated at the same time, the container alarm system will be activated, and the alarm status will be reported to the BMS at the same time; 2) The integrated monitoring module will monitor the internal When the power supply is 220V, once the 220V power fails, the emergency power system will be turned on automatically; 3) The integrated monitoring module can control the cabinet lights according to the access control. When any door is opened, the lights are on, and when all doors are closed, the lights are off. 4) The integrated monitoring module monitors the status of the air conditioner in real time, and can remotely monitor the heating and cooling status of the air conditioner. 5) The integrated monitoring module can control the exhaust fan in real time to ventilate the container. Dynamic-environment monitoring module The dynamic-environment monitoring module is installed in the dynamic-environment monitoring box, which mainly completes the functions of monitoring signal acquisition input and equipment control signal output. The internal power supply of the dynamic ring monitoring box is shown in the figure below.

The collected signals are: the digital temperature and humidity sensor signal inside the box, the smoke sensor signal, the access control signal, the hydrogen sensor signal, the temperature signal outside the box, and the lightning alarm signal. The output control signals are: sound and light alarm signal, air conditioning control signal, hydrogen exhaust fan control signal, heating equipment control signal (reserved). The functional block diagram of the module is shown below. In addition, 3 analog signal input interfaces are reserved, and 3 switch input and output are reserved. One 485 communication port is reserved.
