2. UPS power supply input and output cable diameter selection:  the selection of UPS input and output cable diameters cannot be lower than the national electricity safety standards, pay special attention: for three-in-one-out machines, the incoming cable diameters of the bypass loading wire and neutral wire It must be 3 times of the other two-phase loading wires!

3. Key points of wiring: It is better to use multi-core flexible wires for all input and output copper core wires, which is convenient for user wiring and machine wiring. The underground wiring of the input and output of the machine should be sheathed with metal materials (especially the wiring under the anti-static floor of the computer room) to prevent rat bites, accidental breakage, burns, etc.; the metal material sheath can also shield electromagnetic , which is conducive to the underground routing of communication equipment signal lines.

4. Output prevention: When the user is wiring, the output of the machine must be pulled separately! The special output sockets/sockets must be strictly distinguished from the daily power sockets, and must be marked with eye-catching signs. The output sockets and sockets of the machine should not be juxtaposed or stacked with ordinary sockets! To prevent accidental plugging of the machine with power equipment such as electric drills and vacuum cleaners for decoration, the power supply will be damaged. UPS uninterrupted power supply is a precision power supply, which is more suitable for weak inductive loads such as computers. It cannot be plugged into too many bill printers! Banknote presses, copiers, laser printers, electric rolling shutters and other strong inductive loads cannot be plugged in! 5. Safe grounding: Check the grounding ground wire and whether its grounding resistance meets the national standard, which is beneficial to the safe operation of the machine and lightning protection. Before the machine is input, an input air switch or circuit breaker should be installed in the power distribution cabinet (the zero line should not be set separately), and the battery used for UPS/EPS discharge detection on schedule, but its model should not be too small, and should be slightly larger than the maximum UPS Input current to avoid frequent tripping due to too small power. UPS and EPS input front end must not be connected to any leakage protection switch!

6. Balanced power consumption: The power distribution of the three-phase power consumption in the user's distribution box should be balanced as much as possible. The unsafe operation of the machine may even cause a fire accident! It will cause damage to precise loads such as servers, or even direct damage!

7. Use environment: UPS uninterruptible power supply and EPS can not be placed in a humid, dirty, no air convection environment; small UPS should not be stacked directly on the ground, and the bottom should be provided with pads to prevent condensation in the humidifier in spring !Medium and large machines are best placed in a dedicated computer room. A good operating environment (such as less dust, suitable ambient temperature, humidity, etc.) can greatly extend the service life of the machine and various loads of users. When the ambient temperature is above 25°C, the service life of the battery is halved for every 10°C increase! The ambient temperature is above 30°C, every 10°C increase, the service life of the machine is halved!

8. Ventilation/load-bearing safety: The machine should be placed so that the inlet/outlet duct of the machine is not less than 30 cm away from the wall to facilitate the machine to dissipate heat! The storage battery for medium and large UPS long-delay models also needs to consider the floor space. The load-bearing pressure (international standard: no more than 1,000 kg per square meter for office buildings, and no more than 1,400 kg for industrial plants), if it exceeds the standard, it needs to be solved by increasing the load-bearing area and reducing the pressure. 9. 10. Preliminary installation inspection: Before installing the medium and large machine, open the door of the machine to check whether the circuit boards, cables, DC capacitors, fuses, module screws, wires, mechanical parts, transformers, etc. in the machine are loose or fall off.
