Our new battery-charging-program mode for UPS batteries is launched!

These are 12V sealed lead acid batteries model GS12-5HR (12V5AH), designed for industrial power backup UPS application.

By the requirement from one of our clients producing global famous and branded UPS device - the batteries are to be installed at multi-positioning inside the UPS units. When batteries are installed at free positioning, it's presenting great challenges to the ① battery sealing structure ② electrolyte volume control ③ charge acceptance, and ④ discharge performance.

In case of leakage-proof, our R&D team have made specific BOM for battery assembly and customized SOP for battery charging program. As the photos showing, batteries are being charged at 90^o vertical position.

The requirement was initially received from our customer after the Lunar Year 2010, earlier in March we started to formulate the customized BOM and SOP, the trials began, carried on by our great R&D team. The process of trials was tested and finished in June, and shifted to bulk production line successfully.

Thanks to the fine cooperation between departments R&D and Production, we are receiving repeating and steady orders from our clients.
