1. Internal swelling/inflation of the battery

If you find that the surface of the battery is swollen/inflation, and the swollen area is much larger than it was freshly new when you just bought it, that means the internal of the battery is full of gas. The battery is completely damaged and can no longer be used. Although you can “recharge” the battery, its storage capacity is too less to provide you with assured power. So when you find that the battery is swollen at an abnormal level, please replace the swollen battery, immediately.

2. The battery temperature is extremely high when charging

When you charge the battery and find that the battery temperature is very high, even you can feel the heat near the battery, we recommend replace the batteries immediately. The reason is that some elements inside the battery material keep leaching out, which increases the power required for charging and makes the battery heated. When it happens, the battery can be charged quickly but also will discharge quickly, possibly requiring you to recharge four or five times a day without stopping. This is a very dangerous signal and can cause a fire to your power system.

3. Unable to continue charging

When you charge the battery, the charger shows that the current continues to output but the voltage of the battery is always low and does not rise, which means that the battery is damaged and can no longer store power. This condition is dangerous and tends to cause the battery to catch fire and start a terrifying fire. In this case, the battery needs to be replaced with a new one immediately.

When the above situation occurs, please replace the battery immediately, no matter your battery is new or old, it won't work for you and is more likely to pose a safety hazard to you.
