2.3.2 The lightning protection system is equipped with an intelligent anti-surge protection module on the power line, and has an auxiliary alarm switch. Once a lightning strike occurs, an external alarm signal can be sent through the monitoring platform. The monitoring system monitors the signal of the lightning protection device in real time. Once an alarm occurs, the system automatically switches to the corresponding monitoring interface, and at the same time generates an alarm event and corresponding processing prompts. The lightning protection module has differential mode and common mode protection capabilities. Communication line lightning protection: BMS and PCS communication lines use special communication line lightning protectors, and the lightning protectors are installed in the BMS cabinet. The lightning protection system is connected to no less than 2 grounding copper bars provided by the container to the user through grounding flat steel or grounding round steel.

 

2.3.3 Container equipment power supply system Power distribution box is adopted for container power supply, the power supply is external 380V AC power supply, and the power load capacity of each container is 20kW. All power supplies are provided by external AC power during normal operation, and will automatically switch to an independent power supply system when a fault occurs. The power distribution box is mainly for the air conditioner, hydrogen exhaust fan, sound and light alarm, socket power supply, dynamic environment monitoring module, and BMS to provide AC power. 2.3.4 Lighting system design The lighting uses LED explosion-proof lights, and the power supply uses DC 24V, which is supplied by the dynamic ring monitoring module. The lighting is linked with the access control system. When the door is opened, the lighting will automatically turn on, and when the door is closed, the lighting will automatically turn off. In addition, there is an independent lighting control switch to control the on and off of the light, and the management personnel can control it with a manual switch on site. When the system fails and the AC power supply is interrupted, the independent power supply system will provide power supply to make the lights on. The lighting system has an explosion-proof function, providing a good lighting environment for monitoring inside the container.

 

2.3.5 Temperature and humidity detection system design The temperature and humidity inside the container have an important impact on the normal operation of the equipment. Therefore, a temperature and humidity alarm is installed at both ends of the container to monitor the temperature and humidity in the container in real time. Once the temperature and humidity exceed the set value, the air conditioner will be activated to control the temperature and humidity. When the temperature and humidity exceed the set value When the highest alarm value is reached and the time exceeds 10 minutes, the alarm will be activated. Directional background monitoring transmits over-temperature and high-humidity alarm information. The default temperature of the container is the primary control value of 30 degrees Celsius, and the secondary alarm value is 45 degrees Celsius. The default humidity level control value of the container is 80%, and the level-two alarm value is 95%. The temperature and humidity of the environment can be monitored by installing a temperature and humidity alarm at an important part of the container. The current temperature and humidity values can be seen in real time on the surface of the temperature and humidity alarm, and the data can also be uploaded to the remote monitoring platform through the battery management system to monitor the temperature and humidity. 2.3.6 Alarm system design The system has an alarm system, which can alarm fire and lightning strikes. An audible and visual alarm light is respectively installed on both ends of the top of the container, and the installation method is fixed by bolts. It can provide more obvious information to the outside world, so as to play an early warning role. At the same time, the data is uploaded to the remote monitoring platform through the battery management system for remote alarm monitoring. The power supply of the sound and light alarm is provided by the dynamic ring monitoring module, and the voltage is DC 24V.

 

2.3.7 Firefighting system The firefighting system consists of smoke detectors, temperature and humidity alarms, sound and light alarms, and manual dry powder fire extinguishers. The system is equipped with a temperature sensor. When the temperature reaches the alarm value or smoke is detected, the system can realize an automatic sound and light alarm and prompt for manual fire extinguishing.

 

2.3.8 Heat insulation and flame retardant system The design of this container adopts high-quality heat insulation and flame retardant system, which can deal with all kinds of conditions on the site around the clock. The heat-insulating and flame-retardant material is rock wool, which can not only maintain the temperature of the container, but also has excellent flame-retardant performance.

 

2.3.9 Electrical interlocking system Containers are equipped with smoke sensors, temperature and humidity alarms and other safety equipment. The smoke sensors, temperature and humidity alarms and the control switches of the system form an electrical interlocking system. way to notify the user and, at the same time, cut off the running battery pack. Prevent electrical accidents from happening.

 

2.3.10 The container of the mechanical interlocking system will not be opened by thieves in the open air, which can ensure that a threatening alarm signal will be generated when the thieves try to open the container. At the same time, the alarm will be sent to the background through remote communication. Block manually.

 

2.3.11 Safe escape There are clear signs of safe escape passages in the container. In case of danger, personnel can quickly escape from the scene according to the safety signs, and can manually control the alarm system to notify the user and manually cut off the running complete battery equipment. The escape route signs are pasted on the ground with round luminous direction boards.

 

2.3.12 Emergency system When the battery completely loses power and the door is opened, the emergency light will be on. The emergency light is controlled by the dynamic environment monitoring module. When the dynamic environment monitoring module loses power completely, the emergency light is on.

 

2.3.13 Independent power supply system The power distribution box uses a separate DC power supply to independently supply power to the dynamic environment monitoring equipment, BMS and lighting. This system can ensure that when the external power supply fails, the dynamic environment monitoring module and BMS can continue to work and upload information to the centralized monitoring system; at the same time, the lighting can work normally to ensure the lighting requirements in the box.

 

2.3.14 Humidity control system The container is a closed space. If the temperature difference between inside and outside is large, condensation will be generated inside the container, which will affect the safety of the electrical system. The temperature and humidity sensor monitors the humidity in the box. When the humidity exceeds 80%, the air conditioner will start The dehumidification function reduces the humidity in the box to a safe range of 40%.
